At MAX Personal Training we believe that each client is unique and we develop individualized programs to help each client meet their specific goals. There are no gimmicks or magic pills - just solid advice on good nutrition, efficient fitness programs, and a lot of support and motivation from your MAX personal trainer.
How does it work?
This allows us to understand your goals and timeframes. We will access your current health and fitness levels. We will also get a full picture of your lifestyle to enable us to understand your challenges and opportunities.
We will then give you a recommendation on how we can work together to make your goals a reality.
- First Session
The full plan will be introduced to you including the fitness schedule, nutrition, personal training sessions, and periodic progress assessments. This has been custom made based on the information we learned at the assessment. We gain your agreement and commitment .
The training begins....
Here is where you put your custom designed plan to work with our help. This is where your MAX Personal Trainer puts his expertise and skills to work motivating you, teaching you new skills and techniques, and making adjustments to the plan as required.
- Mid Plan Assessments
At agreed intervals, we will take re-assess your health and fitness levels to monitor your progress against your plan.
- Goal Success
When you achieve your goals, we celebrate your success and recommend your ongoing fitness maintenance plans.
