Fiona is a successful senior manager at a major bank in London. She works 50 to 70 hours per week and travels outside of London on average of 5 times a month.
Before MAX Personal Training
Before she came to MAX Personal Training, she was a sporadic exerciser who went to the gym once every 2 weeks on average. She would frequently get motivated to get in shape and attend the gym 3 days in a row, but then stop going for weeks at a time. She tended to eat most of her meals 'on the go'. Most of her meals were pre-prepared and processed.

Her trainer, Max completed a full health and fitness assessment with Fiona and put together a fitness and nutritional plan for her.
Fiona met with Max twice a week for 3 months. Due to Fiona schedule, this was often after work near her office or on the weekends at her home.
In addition, Fiona followed the MAX Personal Training plan which included additional cardio and strength training sessions every week. In addition, she made changes to her diet.
As a result, in 3 months, Fiona:
- dropped her body fat percentage by 10%
- lost a total of 9 inches
- dropped 2 dress sizes
- lost 25 pounds
